Mend Services is a registered NDIS Provider.  We adopt a person-centred approach in service delivery and work closely with our participants to identify, develop and achieve their personal goals.  Each participants goals are different and our dedicated team work side by side with the participant, their families and advocates in a collaborative approach to seek out and deliver the best possible outcomes for an inclusive and fulfilling lifestyle.

• Specialised seating and wheelchair prescription

• Hoist and sling assessments and prescription

• Home safety assessments

We primarily provide services for adults, however, we can assist with children and youth depending on the services required.
