Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 24/7
Mend EAP provides a confidential work-based early intervention support service to assist employees to manage their psychological well-being. The service is designed to resolve both work and personal problems that may be adversely impacting an employee’s work performance. Employees can benefit from short-term counselling that utilises a brief solution focussed treatment methodology for positive results in as few as three sessions.
The service is provided by an independent psychologist who is experienced in providing counselling and support services. The service maybe face-to-face at a suitable location, over the telephone or via Skype.
Employees can self-refer to use the EAP service. Managers and supervisor may also refer an employee who may be in need of assistance. At all times an employee’s decision to access our EAP service is voluntary.
