Workplace Rehabilitation Services
Specialised case management services from date of injury to the finalisation of a claim, Mend will provide advice, support and education in relation to the Workers Compensation system. Same Employer services are available for case conferencing, development of suitable duties and return to work plans. Redeployment services are also available to assist injured workers locate new work and organise training when they are unable to return to their previous employment.
Return to Work Co-ordination
Accredited return to work coordinator services providing both in house and workplace based training .

Our health professionals are trained WorkCover Return to Work Coordinators. Employers are able to outsource RTWC so they can focus on their core business. We also provide temporary relief services or provide experienced professionals in a locum capacity for employers.
Pre-Employment Health Assessments
Mend’s Pre-Employment Assessment will assess the ability of the person to perform the potential job, identify pre-existing conditions and establish a baseline for any progressive disability. Hearing Tests
Mend provides hearing tests at any of our offices, or within a suitable, quiet location on site. Periodical hearing testing is needed when a worker is frequently required to use personal hearing protectors and when the exposure standard is exceeded. These assessments form part of the code to ensure the workers risk of hearing loss is been mitigated by WHS control measures.

Mend is WorkSafe Accredited across multiple state jurisdictions to provide Workplace Rehabilitation Services and is also Comcare accredited. We also provide services within CTP, income protection and for self-insured organisations.

Mend has current contracts with state and federal departments to facilitate the delivery of workplace based services.

You can nominate Mend Services to be your Preferred Provider to provide Workplace Rehabilitation Services. This gives you the peace of mind that if a worker is injured at your workplace, you with Mends assistance you can immediately begin the Rehabilitation Process with the guidance of an organisation that is familiar with the process required to facilitate Return to Work as soon as possible.
